Our team of experts will work for 4-5 months on your long form infomercial and 45-60 days on your short form infomercial. All work is performed at the highest quality standards. In fact, we even shoot most shows on much of the same equipment used to film Hollywood movies! Very few other infomercial companies do this due to the high cost.

We are so confident in our ability to create successful infomercials that we offer to finance up to 100% of any infomercial we do. If we accept your product, we always give you the option to pay nothing for your infomercial. We will work on a commission basis only.

(Half Hour Infomercial)

Payment Option 1:

We pay for the entire infomercial. You pay us nothing upfront. We manage the campaign. We receive a commission based on the following graduated scale:

  • Below 1.8 MER=2.0% commission
  • 1.80-1.99 MER=3.0% commission
  • 2.00-2.19 MER=3.5% commission
  • 2.20-2.49 MER=4.0% commission
  • 2.50-2.99 MER=4.5% commission
  • Over 3.0 MER=5.0% commission

Payment Option 2:

50/50 split. We pay half and you pay half of the infomercials cost. We manage the campaign. Generally this makes the cost more affordable while reducing the commissions you pay out to us.

  • Below 1.8 MER=1.5% commission
  • 1.80-1.99 MER=1.75% commission
  • 2.00-2.19 MER=2.25% commission
  • 2.20-2.49 MER=2.75% commission
  • 2.50-2.99 MER=3.0% commission
  • Over 3.0 MER=3.5% commission

Payment Option 3:

You pay for the entire production, generally $385,000. You can decide who manages the campaign.

Short Form Infomercial Payment Option

(2 Minute Infomercial)

Payment Structure:

We will do your Short Form Infomercial on Commission only.  That means ($0) Zero up front cost for you!   Our company policy is that “we only make money if we make you money!”

We will create the infomercial, set up all the partners, pay all the setup fees, manage the entire campaign, fund all the media (television buys) …all for a flat 5% commission. 

Some more experienced clients prefer to manage the campaign and fund the media themselves.  It this situation, the commission drops to a flat 4%.




NOTE #1: The above commissions are the percent of total gross sales less returns, cancellations, and declines.

NOTE #2: Many of our clients mistakenly think that the commissions are for our financial investment into their infomercial. In option 1 and 2 that is partly true…but in reality, the commissions are principally a CREATIVE FEE. You are paying a premium for our experience and expertise in the form of a CREATIVE FEE commission. This premium is based proportionally on how your show performs. If you do well, we do well. The creative fee is our reward for how successful of an infomercial we make for you.
